A friend of mine works in the server farm for Godaddy. Their customer service is particular good even when you have forgotten your password. They support payment in Euros as well. Maybe I like them because they are close enough that I could drive over there in person.

If you are looking for UK based dedicated servers then has a list.
eukhost and easyspace are both rated at an 86/100. fasthost is rated as a 82/100 and rackspace an 81/100. Plus another 4 not listed here and 30+ North American based Hosts.
